DEFECTIVE OR FAULTY JEWELLERY
If you suspect there is something wrong with your order when you receive it please take photos and contact Aisllin within 3 days of receipt. These photos will be inspected and if deemed faulty you will be asked to return the item back to us and the item will be repaired or replaced free of charge.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
